I sent back an item to get my money back, but I still haven't seen a refund.

Terrible experience! I ordered a radiator expecting it to arrive in 3-4 days as stated on the site. After completing my order, I got an email saying it would actually take a week, with delivery set for December 16th. That day came and went without a word from them, and by the 17th, still no sign of my radiator. I decided to call the company. Turns out, my order never made it to the supplier, and I’d have to wait another week! That’s another week in December without any heat! I requested a refund so I could buy one from somewhere else, but the reply was just, 'it’s up to the sales team to handle that.' I really need that money to get a new one! In short… just don’t waste your time!

They've got a solid selection of JG Speedfit. I've shopped on their site a couple of times, and it looks like what they list is actually available. Prices are fair, and delivery is fast, plus their communication is on point. I'm really happy to have found them since I've had issues with other sites that claim to have stock but end up delaying my projects.

Ordered a Chrome single ring and backplate. I can't find a single thing to complain about this purchase. The order showed up in just two days.
